You contact us when you have cleaning to be
picked up. Scheduling an on-call pick-up is simple. You can
fill out the quick online form to schedule a pickup
or call 512-736-9966 (If customer services is not present please leave your name
& home phone number which is in our data base).
You can request on-call service as late as 10:00 AM the day you
want your cleaning to be picked up. For instance, if you would
like your garments to be picked up on a Tuesday, contact us
any time before 10:00 AM on Tuesday. It's that easy! Your
cleaned and pressed garments will be returned to your office
just three days later i.e.; if we pick up your
order on Tuesday your garments will be returned, cleaned and
pressed, on Friday.
We request that you have a minimum order of $30.
Days we do our on-call services are Monday to
Friday.
2) Weekly Service: We will schedule a
weekly stop at your home. If you have any garments to be
cleaned we will pick up your bag and return next following
week at your scheduled weekday. (For instance, if you have
scheduled Tuesday as your pick-up day, we will deliver your
cleaned and pressed clothes next following week on Tuesday)
and whatever garments you have for our pick-up that Tuesday will be
delivered the next Tuesday.
