Is there any membership fee?
A
No! There is no membership or sign up fee for our services.
Q
How do I pay for your service?
A
Your cleaning will be charged to your credit card. Upon delivery an itemized receipt will be left with your cleaning.

How will I know your schedule time for pick up and delivery?
A
Our pick up and delivery route starts at 10.00 AM and runs until 4.00 PM. So we really encourage our clients to have their pickup ready on their scheduled day by 10.00 AM and expect their delivery to be done on their scheduled day by 4.00 PM.

How will I know my scheduled drop-off and pick-up days?
A
Upon sign-up, we will call and confirm your start date. In addition, on our first visit our driver will leave you a welcome kit which will include among other things your scheduled drop-off and pick-up days.

How do I tell Dry-Clean-On-Wheels about a special request/issue with my garment?
A
Simply leave a detailed note in your bag identifying the specific garment (including color, fabric type and label if possible) along with your specific cleaning instructions. You can also print a Special Instruction Form from our website.

I need my clothes next day - can you accommodate me?
A
There is a strong possibility that your clothes can be delivered to you next day. To arrange a pick up before 8.00 AM however, there  is a small fee associated with the rush service. Call us at 512-736-9966 for more information.

What do I do if my order is incomplete?
A
As we pride ourselves on timely and accurate service, on the rare occasion that there is a problem with your order, please send an email to our Customer Service Center describing the circumstances and a representative will assist you in remedying the problem.

What happens if I go on vacation or a holiday falls on my scheduled pick up or delivery day?
A
If you go on vacation or you are unavailable for a pickup and delivery, we will deliver the next scheduled day. On holidays that we do not offer services, we do services on the next business day. We do accommodate clients with alternative schedules prior to holidays.
Dry-Clean-On-Wheels does not offer pick up and delivery on following holidays:-
New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day & day after.

How is my personal information privacy maintained?
A
At Dry-Clean-On-Wheels we value our customers and their privacy. All personal information is used by our staff for contacting and identifying our customers and their needs. We do not share, sell nor distribute any information obtained by our customers. Any and all information requested by Dry-Clean-On-Wheels is used soley to provide our services to our customers.
